If you have just got engaged and do not know where to start, but you are sure of wanting the minimum worries, the maximum customization of the wedding design and my help from the beginning to the end, this is the best option for you. Especially if you want a destination wedding in Barcelona, Spain or Italy.

The Full Wedding Planning Service includes:

Suppliers Selection

Venue, catering, photographer, videographer, florist, musicians, DJ, celebrant, lighting ... I will find and manage all the necessary vendors to make your dream wedding come true, taking into account your needs.

Event Design

Each person, each celebration, is a unique story to tell. For this reason, I treat each client exclusively and create a totally personalized design for their wedding, without forgetting that every detail matters and must be consistent with the overall image of the event.

Coordination of the Day

Your wedding is to live it, to squeeze every last drop out of it and, especially, to remember. And that is only possible if you do not need to worry about all the preparations. I will be in charge of coordinating all the suppliers involved and managing any unforeseen event.

WEDDING DESIGN AND STYLING

Are you clear about where you want to get married and with which catering, but you don't know how to make it a true reflection of your personality?

I will design for you a wedding out of a magazine, where all the details will be in accordance with your style, from the wedding stationery to the tableware, the flower arrangements or the lighting.

The Wedding Design and Styling service consists of:

Personal Interview

We will meet virtually to get to know your tastes and style in depth. We will identify the plot of your story to be able to tell it as you want.

Wedding Image Design

I will give coherence to all your ideas and capture them visually on a wedding moodboard, including inspirations, colour palette, textures, communication tone, specific decorative elements...

Production

I will get down to work to make what was agreed in the moodboard come true: search for suppliers, materials and decorative elements, and control of the production process of all the decor and graphic design elements.

Set-up and Styling

I will create a technical program for all the suppliers involved and on your wedding day we will get there first to transform the spaces and style each corner.

WEDDING DESIGN AND COORDINATION

If you have already chosen the place of the celebration and a large part of the suppliers (catering, wedding dress, groom's suit, DJ...), but you need to give the WOW effect to the decoration and you want to make the most of the day of the wedding, I can help you designing the image of the event and coordinating the work of all vendors. In other words, you can combine the Wedding Design and Styling Service with the Coordination in situ: I will be present throughout the day to manage the work of the wedding suppliers, so that you can enjoy 100% your dream stylish wedding in Catalonia.

DO YOU WORK ONLY IN BARCELONA?

No, I can work in all of Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, Spain and Italy. But it is true that the price of the service increases considerably outside Catalonia due to travel costs.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A WEDDING IN BARCELONA?

I only organize bespoke weddings, therefore, it is very difficult to say a figure without knowing you better and knowing what your ideal wedding would be like. But Barcelona is not cheap and for 100 people, you can start at € 40,000 until ... SKY IS THE LIMIT!
